Abstract
This paper provides translations of five hagiographical Latin works from medieval Spain: the long version of the Elogium b. Ildephonsi (BHL 3917) by Julien of Toledo (7th C.) and a Vita s. Ildefonsi (BHL –) by an unknown author (12th C.), the Vita s. Iuliani (BHL 4554) by Felix of Toledo (7th C.), the Vita Froilanis ep. Legionensis (BHL 3180) (10th C.), and the Translatio s. Isidori Legionem an. 1063 (BHL 4488) (12th C.). These works have never been translated. Likewise, the scholar refers to new manuscripts of three of the translated works (BHL 3180, 4488 and the Vita s. Ildefonsi without BHL number).
