Abstract
Radio Príncipe transmits a programming guided to inform and to educate the community, focus on the knowledge and conservation of the values that deserved the city the condition of World Cultural Heritage, in 2008. Keeping in mind the education and communication concepts, Radio Príncipe constitutes the link between the institution and the community and it’s should be an instrument to educate those people who live in that community, creating sense of ownership on that patrimonial area. In this work it is tested the effectiveness of this radio station like vehicle to educate the people of the city of Camagüey city in the conservation of the patrimony.
