Abstract

This paper aims to study the performance of fear as a social mechanism from an analysis of the conflict that takes place in the Call Centers sector in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. Exploring the testimonies of workers who protests, it is possible to observe that fear — as a social constitution — operates organizing perceptions, shaping a group of complementary sensations and performing the autonomous action capability of subjects. From this point is possible to gather evidence that accounts for the expropriation of corporal energies as a specific element of exploitation of work at the current state of capitalism.
