Artikuluak aztertzen du nola road movie garaikideak bihurtzen duen kanpo-bidaiaren kontzepzio klasikoa doluari lotutako esperientzia emozional bat. Afektuaren eta fenomenologia zinematografikoaren azterketetan oinarritutako esparru teoriko batetik abiaturik, trantsituaren eraikuntza aztertzen da afektibitatea lantzeko espazio gisa. Metodologiak ikuspegi konparatibo-kualitatiboa darabil, Nomadland (Chloé Zhao, 2020), Drive my car (Ryusuke Hamaguchi, 2021) eta A real pain (Jesse Eisenberg, 2024) filmen analisian oinarritua, bereziki aztertuz paisaia, iragankortasuna eta gorpuztasuna doluaren ardatz narratibo gisa. Emaitzek erakusten dutenez, film horiek praktika emozional bihurtzen dute trantsitua, non galera mugimenduaren, oroimenaren eta akonpainamenduaren bidez prozesatzen baita.
