Abstract

This article analyzes the presence of pedagogical museums in the ISCHE conferences held from 2014 to 2021 as well as in the SWG dedicated to Objects, Senses and the Material World of Schooling. Among the results, the low institutional participation of pedagogical museums in ISCHE stands out. Besides, there are only seven articles that focus on any pedagogical museums. Given that ISCHE conferences are the largest global showcase in the history of education, the
remarkable activity that is being carried out around pedagogical museums should have a greater presence in them.
