Abstract
Dance and photography have always been related, but the impact that these photographs have on social networks and in the personal evolution of the future dancers, is an unknown world. In particular, Instagram is a very dynamic and easy to use social network. In Instagram, there are accounts with very good repository of dance (photography and video) and it is possible to spread and/or share information with other schools of dance very quickly. But the most important feature of Instagram is that with a good use, people meet dancers, and it is a good way to revive the importance of dance in society. But it cannot be forgotten that for an aspiring dancer, photography/video is an educational tool to improve and grow and to value the evolution over time. In this project, Instagram is a repository of photography, an element of motivation and information about dance on a global scale, a complement to day-to-day work. The photography is the tool of a co-creation project between the photographer and the future dancer, growing in harmony with their skills.
