Vol. 4 No. 1 (2016): Visuality, energy, connectivity
It would be very difficult today to say that visual discourses do not generate a flow of communicative action, a flow of immeasurable dynamic energy in a constant process of interconnection; we inhabit a world where each particle is a node linked to networks of networks that articulate systems, structures that distribute relations, not without a certain tension of interchangeability, like elements without fixed "valences".
AusArt takes up this permanent curiosity of art (of artists) towards very disparate fields of knowledge and, aware of this interaction between disciplines and experiences, brings together and projects in this issue new research that focuses its premises on the questioning of the transformations that the relationship Visuality_Energy_Connectivity is provoking in the ways of doing academic research and artistic practice.
