Abstract

The first third of the 20th century began with new projects and aspirations for education, and school buildings occupied a relevant place in the educational policies of the time, since it was understood that having more and better buildings was the key to the advancement and progress of our public education. In the meantime, the written press was experiencing a great boom, while at the same time becoming aware of the great socio-pedagogical potential it had, considering that it could even be used to create a new and pedagogical environment contribute to social development, thus becoming a fundamental tool at the service of education.
