Abstract

Using a culinary allegory, this work will try to shed light on how the Pedagogical Museum of the Faculty of Educational Sciences of the University of Seville has been generating opportunities and activities (guided tours, workshops, exhibitions, etc.) since its inception, so that citizens can ap-preciate in the present and looking to the future the value of knowing their school past, assuming that this task of disseminating knowledge will help to preserve and understand an essential part of our history and our lives: education, a crucial component in the construction of individual and collective identities.
